Is CafeFlow really ₹0/month for cafe owners?
Yes. CafeFlow provides a ₹0/month software subscription forever. You will never be charged a monthly license fee or forced into a paid subscription tier.
What is the order-level fee?
An eligible order-level transaction fee may apply (such as ₹1 in India, or country-specific amounts in other regions). Under the default setting, this fee is paid transparently by the customer on their digital checkout bill. Alternatively, cafes can choose to absorb it internally.
Are any features locked behind a paywall?
No. All 18+ capabilities—including Cloud POS, QR table ordering, Kitchen Display System (KDS), waiter ordering, recipe inventory, and loyalty cards—are 100% unlocked for every cafe.
Hardware & Setup
What hardware do I need to run CafeFlow?
CafeFlow runs in any modern web browser on laptops (Windows, Mac), tablets (iPad, Android), or smartphones. You do not need to buy expensive proprietary POS hardware.
Does CafeFlow work with thermal receipt printers?
Yes. CafeFlow connects with standard ESC/POS 58mm and 80mm thermal receipt printers via USB, Bluetooth, or WiFi network.
How long does it take to set up a cafe?
Most cafes get fully set up in under 5 minutes. Simply register at app.cafeflow.fun, enter your menu categories and items, print your table QR stands, and start billing.
Operations & Offline
What happens if our internet connection drops?
CafeFlow features offline caching resilience. You can continue punching orders and printing receipts locally. As soon as the connection is restored, data automatically synchronizes with the cloud.
How does table QR ordering prevent fake orders from outside the cafe?
CafeFlow incorporates GPS and Wi-Fi geolocation verification, ensuring only customers physically seated within your cafe premises can place table orders.
Can we track inventory by raw ingredients?
Yes. CafeFlow features recipe-level inventory control, automatically deducting coffee beans, dairy, and pastry ingredients with each order served.
