Depending on how you use CafeFlow, we collect account details (name, email, store identifier), menu & business data, and order transaction identifiers necessary for billing and fulfillment.

CafeFlow does not intentionally store sensitive payment credentials such as full credit card CVVs, bank passwords, or UPI PINs. All payments are processed through certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay).

Data is strictly used to maintain account operations, process real-time dining orders, sync kitchen orders, deduct inventory, generate sales reports, and communicate service updates.
